What’s Your Daily Go-To Hot Sauce?

Lately, I've been exploring different hot sauces, and I found myself diving deep into Tabasco. I really like the Chipotle version — it has a nice smokiness without being too overpowering, and it seems to complement just about any meal.

This got me thinking about everyone else's daily hot sauce. I'm curious about that go-to bottle you always have on hand, the one you reach for without hesitation. You know, the trusty sauce that makes its way onto everything from eggs and tacos to leftover pizza.

Is it something classic like Texas Pete, Cholula, or maybe something else altogether? I'm really looking for solid recommendations that emphasize great flavor without leaving my mouth in flames.

So, what's your everyday hot sauce, and what do you typically enjoy it on?

Although I am a "chilihead", I love Tabasco on eggs!

My daily go-to is usually the green habanero sauce, for a lot of heat I use Reaper powder. For salsa with chips it's the Reaper salsa...some wicked stuff!

The Reaper powder is good on just about anything, eggs, soups, Mexican food, etc...but ya gotta be careful with it as just a little goes a very long way!
