Most people overthink chokes. Improved Cylinder and Modified cover nearly everything you’ll realistically shoot. Pattern your gun, pick one that works and stop swapping chokes every five minutes chasing imaginary improvements.

I have two barrels, One short barrel w/ an extra full choke for Turkey and a 28 inch vent rib with a modified choke for squirrels and skeet.
If Buckshot were legal in TN, Id have an improved cylinder. But since that isn't an option, I'm considering a rifled slug barrel. I mean really - it takes less than five minutes to change a barrel and about the same amount of time to change a choke. I think options are the best part about owning a shotgun.
