Barrel upgrade didn't improve accuracy like promised

I heard a new barrel would bring my shots closer together. I dropped $250 on one but my groupings are still the same. Guess it was just a sales pitch

Sometimes the shooter matters more than the barrel. At least it looks cool!

Same here, I've changed out two barrels on a couple of AR's and saw no difference whatsoever...maybe in someone else's hands a difference could be measured, but sadly, not in mine... Like anything else, hype it up well enough and we end up spending hard earned money..
