Tried bedding it myself

I watched some videos and thought I could do it. But I made a mess and the gun shot worse after.
I paid a gunsmith to fix my mistake, I guess some things are worth paying a professional for.

I tried bedding a stock myself once and I got glue everywhere

I bedded my first rifle over 30 years ago. A ruger Mini-30. I used the NRA Gunsmithing book on bedding an M1A Garand as a guide. Worked pretty good. The -30 was fairly accurate - for a Mini.
