Question about powder storage

I got like 5 different types of powder now and I'm keeping them in the original containers in a cabinet. Is that safe enough or should I be doing something else? I know this stuff can be dangerous if you're stupid about it. What's everyone's storage setup look like?

Powder also "likes" being in the dark - not exposed to direct sunlight or extremes in temperature changes.

I keep mine in fire proof filing cabinets which may be a little overkill. Regs state that should be stored in 1” thick wooden containers, I believe.

All the above are correct. Don't store them in the garage or storage shed. Try to avoid direct sunlight.

I just keep everything in the containers they came in a dry cabinet. I also label stuff and keep it spaced out so I don't knock anything over when I grab a bottle.
