just got a 10/22, what’s the first upgrade?

hey y'all, just picked up my first 10/22, and wow, now I get why people can't stop raving about these rifles. it shoots like a dream right outta the box, but the customization options are what really hook you in.

trying to take it easy on upgrades, but I wanna start making it my own, you know? what small mods or upgrades have y'all done that really made a difference — or just made it more fun to take to the range?

where should I start?

Mods are a decision all of their own-
First it would help to think of what type shooting your doing-
Once you know that you can opt for mods that will help make it an accuracy thing or more of just a fun gun-
There are so many different things that can be changed-

Well, Id like to get a suppressor for one. I target shoot for fun.

I've toyed with the idea of getting multiple 10/22s, as I like the breakdown, just because. Then I want something I can just plink with. I grew up with the Marlin 60, so having something that I can truly "toy" with just because I can, is fun. I don't tweak most other firearms especially carry pistols.
