Help us test the new Tennessee Sporting mobile app (Gather)

Hey everyone,

Tennessee Sporting is now available inside the Gather app, and we'd love a handful of members to help us test it.

Best part: you don't need to create a brand-new forum account. Just sign up / log in using the same email address you use on Tennessee Sporting and it should link automatically.

What to test:

• Install Gather and search for Tennessee Sporting
• Log in with your usual email
• Browse a few threads, try a reply, maybe start a new post
• Let us know what feels off (login, loading, posting, notifications, etc.)

Where to leave feedback:
Please reply to this thread with your notes. Even a couple bullets helps a ton. If you include your phone model + iOS/Android version, that's perfect.

One extra perk: inside Gather you can also create your own private groups (local cutting crew, equipment chat, firewood plans, etc.) if you want a space to talk without posting publicly.

Got the app installed but no results when searching for "Tennessee Sporting"..

Ok...I finally got to the Tennessee Sporting page on Gather, this in itself was not easy. The ONLY way I could find it was using the "magic" button connect that sent a code to my email.

I tried to respond to this thread from there and it was not a good experience...at all. If I misspelled a word it would not let me select the word, or even get close to it to delete or add characters for correction, I had to choose select all and delete the entire post, twice. Once I thought it was acceptable I could not send the msg as the keyboard on the app would not leave, if I held my finger on the msg the keyboard would leave and I could see the send arrow...but as soon as I released my finger the keyboard would return.

These are not problems of not understanding how to use an app such as this, I had my daughter and my wife try the same with me dictating the msg and they experienced the very same problems...

That thing needs some serious work...

I got it to work, though it was a result of multiple attempts. I used it a little but typically I dont use my Iphone when I have a laptop available.

Yeah, I went ahead and removed it from my phone as I won't be using it.

I was able to find it after getting the app for the long range hunting
