I just finished loading some precise 6.5 Creedmoor handloads for an upcoming match. Trying out a new powder that I've heard great things about. Would love to see what everyone's working on this month!

I've been working on a 9x23Win chambering in a 1911 Commander, it's been a learning experience since practically no published loads exist. Basically started with my 38Super recipes and slowly moving up in very small increments chrono'ing and testing for overpressure signs and using Quickload (computer app) to give pressure "guestmates" ...

I spend too much time and $$ trying new components as I am little late to the reloading game. Chasing a few extra FPS has been the cause of filling cabinets with too many one pounders. When I find a powder that the rifle really likes, it seems to be nonexistent when I need more. I'm still working on loads for a 280AI, but RL23 has shown the best results so far.

Right now I'm doing my best to get so I can work on anything but set in my recliner LOL I had to have my knee replacement removed in the spring and an antibiotic rod that goes from my hip to above my ankle so I can't bend my knee at all but I saw one of my Drs this week and she thinks if all goes well I'll get to have a new knee replacement put in before the first of the year. I bought a new to me 7mm rem and a l really am looking forward to seeing how I can make it shoot I mean that's the most fun of getting a different rifle. So if y'all would pray with me that it's God's will that all this works and that I won't ever have anymore trouble with my knee I'd sure appreciate it. I pray that y'all have a blessed weekend

Have added you to my ever-expanding prayer list for the procedure to work as your doc's hope it will. I'll continue to ask the greatest physician to get you back on your feet.
Keep us apprised of your progress.

Midway has RL23 now or they did yesterday it's pricey I've been getting most of my powder as of late from American Reloading it's pulled powder but so far I've had good success with it I start low and work up from there watching crono and for pressure signs

I keep waiting for Midsouth to get some in so I can avoid Hazmat fees. I've got 3 lbs now and will pick up a jug, if I can find it. It's pricey for sure.

I live close enough to midsouth that when they get something I need I go to Clarksville and also I call or go to Tennessee gun country they seem to be able to get some stuff that midsouth doesn't get the last RL 17 that I was able to get came from there. I don't know if you're ever around mt Juliet but there is a shop that is right off the interstate that keeps a good selection of reloading stuff also it's called the Reloaders bench. I pray that you have a blessed Lord's day brother
