Had an elderly woman sell her home across from me and the new family has moved in, to be honest I haven't even met them yet...yeah, I may not the social butterfly you all think I am! 
Anyway, he's a gun guy, big plus there. He's an FFL, gunsmith, and has a gun store just up the road a piece from me.
Me and my other neighbor are getting ready to go check the store out. Edit:, we just got back.
I think his main business may be his Cerakote work, from what I've seen the man knows what he's doing with it.
One thing that does interest me is the FFL transfers, he charges $25 for them. However, the $25 also includes the $10 background check...awesome!
An older guy brought in a 4" pre-model 10 S&W that had a badly worn finish, it was pretty much gone. He told the guy he'd Cerakote it for $325 and that he could pick it up in about 3 weeks. A quick check shows he's in the ballpark on the pricing as they seem to range from $200~$350 for a single color coating.
Seems like a nice enough guy.
He doesn't have a website, I think he just mainly does his advertising on Facebook...
