What's always in your truck for road trips?

I never leave without a good cooler, extra phone charger, and way too many snacks. My buddy thinks I overpack but I've saved us multiple times with stuff I brought. What do you always bring on road trips that other people might not think about? What's your essential item?

an extra credit card, a flashlight, my multi-tool and my .40 cal.

It depends on the season here in Tn as yall well know temps and conditions can change drastically in just a few hours but in the winter time I carry a blanket some good gloves rechargeable flashlights and I always have a gun in my pocket with extra ammo. If it’s summer time I always have extra water in my truck and there is always motor oil and anti freeze these trucks will run without fuel but not so good without oil and water

I carry so much stuff in the truck for a trip it's comical at times, that is until you need any of it, some of it always stays in the truck...guns, a bunch of tools w/ OBDII scanner, LION battery booster, air tank & tire plugs, extra clothing, flash lights, water, oil, washer fluid, flares, small floor jack with a couple of 6"x6" blocks, cell phone chargers & cables...and always make sure the spare is aired up!
