Several years ago I decided to stop buying more gear to add to the ever growing piles of stuff I accumulated. Instead, I started to embark on a journey to replace and upgrade the things that were sitting in my basement. I would grade my progress with a “B”. I sold many of the firearms that just didn’t meet my expectations as well as focused on only buying things that I either really needed or significantly improved what I had at the time. I started reloading during this period of time. The reloading rabbit hole is deep, but very rewarding to me. I finally splurged on full custom rifle with all the components that I felt would meet my needs/wants. I rated my progress with a “B” because there seems to always be something that I learn or want to try. Optics, trigger upgrades, reloading equipment, navigation equipment, and many other things are always tempting me.
