Coffee...lots of coffee! 
I used to drink the Monster drinks at work years ago but finally gave them up...I think addiction was at play!

Folgers - Hot and black !
What he said x 2 Colombian preferred but not as important as Folgers. My daughter lives in Baton Rouge and they drink Community coffee and it’s pretty good also but strong hot and black is most important

Get a Keurig device and keep pods on hand for good, strong coffee for you and decaf for her. Problem solved........
That’s what I do.
Used three of those to make a 14-hour drive non-stop from Colorado to California. By the time I got home, I was shaking badly. Last time I had one of those.Coffee...lots of coffee!
